🌪️🤤 Brown Sugar Boba: the big widespread CRAZEEEEE for bubble tea-enthusiasts! It’s our turn to put it back in our menu, after having it on pause since 2021. It’s a «basic» drink, yet so delicious!!

Brown Sugar Boba: an indulgent drink with stripes of caramel-flavoured brown sugar inside the cup. The tapioca pearls are cooked on low heat in brown sugar syrup, so they absorb all that smoky, caramel flavor, and then topped off with cold, creamy milk🥛😋

🧋This is a bubble tea variant that has no tea in it, just fresh milk, brown sugar syrup, and tapioca pearls. In the previous post we wrote «milk tea», but it was wrong 🥹…

✔️ Part of the drink’s appeal is the attractive stripes of caramel streaks inside the cup, as the brown sugar syrup mixes with the creamy milk. It makes for a pretty picture, but you’ll need to snap a quick photo of your drink — if left on its own, the stripes will fully dissolve within a couple of minutes!!
