TeaOlogy - DIY Matcha boba kit at home
We do find our passion in tea. We are glad to know that you share the same interest with us for making boba. This set of boba kit includes premium grade matcha. Matcha is a form of tea leaves grinded into powder form. It is rich in antioxidants. We hope that you enjoy the experience with boba kit at home.
We are now showing you briefly how you can practise with this DIY boba kit. This formula is used for a 500ML bubble tea cup at home.
Step 1: measure the correct amount and pour into blue tea bag then zip it. 80 gram of matcha

Step 2: Whisk matcha 01
Measure 700ml hot water (90 degree).
Put matcha and pour water into a bowl, then whisk by a whisker (bamboo or steel) in Z shape in 1 minute.
Step 3: Whisk matcha 02
Measure 700ml hot water (90 degree).
Pour 50 hot water more into the bowl and keep whisking by the whisker in Z shape until it creates a soft and fluffy form with not big bubbles.

Step 4: Icing (Put 6 to 7 ice cubes into the cup of matcha)
Step 5: Measure milk (Choose any milk at choice. Prepare 100ml milk).
Step 6: Layer (Get topping into a serving cup. Then pour matcha from step 4 into it. Layer with milk at your choice.) Popping pearls: pour into reusable plastic 500ml bottle and close with lid.
Step 7: Garnish (Garnish on top with a dash of matcha powder).
You can always adjust the quantity on each step so that it meet your taste buds to get stronger tea taste or milder milk taste.
